The fastest and most straightforward way to exchange an item is to:
- Return the original item(s) you wish to exchange by following our standard return procedure.
- Place a new online order for the new item(s) you would like.

- Speed: Your new order can be processed and shipped without waiting for us to receive and process your return.

Steps for an Exchange:

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Place a New Order:
- You can place an order for the new item(s) you want at any time through our website (doormarts.co.uk).
- This new order will be treated as a separate transaction and will be subject to current pricing, applicable shipping fees (though we offer free standard shipping to many regions), and promotions.
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent). Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
- Refunds for the returned item will be processed typically within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- We cannot hold items for exchange. Placing a new order promptly is the best way to secure your desired product.
